Reiki Ball
No, it's not the latest gaming craze, it's a technique for delivering reiki that I find very effective. I like to use it when I find a particularly stubborn energy blockage, usually in one of the chakras. I also like to do it after an aura clearing to blow away any residual negative energies.

My daughter has fond memories of the way we'd all pile our hands on top of her "owies" and breathe together for a minute, then pull them off altogether saying "IT'S A MIRACLE!" For a long time, she thought everyone was raised that way!
That was 20 years ago, and now it's such a part of the whole that I didn't even think about it until recently when Reiki practitioners started showing up at the Peace Portal!
