Holistic and Synergistic Wealth Creation

A while ago I subscribed to an email series called The Bridge and today I was trawling through them in search of inspiration for a writing project. I have kept each of these emails as they have arrived over the weeks past and now I use them as a kind of inspirational guidance tool. Whichever one catches my eye that's the one I work with (usually).

Today the post that attracted my attention was titled: Staying Uplifted.

I've been thinking about what that means all day long.

At first I thought it might mean staying inspired and in a way it does but then my thoughts turned inward rather than outward and I realised that the real message was to remain connected.

Certainly it can mean remaining connected with the things that inspire you but more than that it means remaining connected with your deepest understanding of who you are. The best your, the highest vision you have for yourself. The very best of your most loving nature, highest self, spirit, All

Very nice.

So then I got to thinking about how it is that one might go about Staying Uplifted and so now my thoughts are turning to the ways that I already connect to that inner self, that wonderful being that resides with me, 'in there'. I have lots of things I do like meditation and yoga and gardening and reading and writing .... but they are really 'doing' are they not?

I think I'm really looking for my 'being' in all of that. Ways to continue to 'be' amid all the 'doing' that is also me.

What wonderful rich ground has been uncovered by this one little email. I put the link up the top there if you think you could do with these little prompts, I love them.

I can also tell I'm going to keep thinking, writing and uncovering more of the treasures that have been alluded to today - it's so much fun - I feel like a Spiritual Archaeologist!.

And may I say an Aracheaologist of the "sweetest nature" that exudes a way of "being" that's far too uncommon...but growing. Good to hear from you Cate. Thanks for sharing.
