Happens I am going to see an Ayurvedic practitioner tomorrow (today actually since it is past midnight) about my hypertension.

Reluctantly after months of resistance on my part, I visited my GP, who prescribed ace inhibitors, then doubled the dose, then added a diuretic which absolutly did not agree with me so I am knocking that on the head!

Will keep you posted.
